“Exceptionally close to all things happening!”
Reviewed 14 June 2014

We stayed here on May 25 - 27th and the stay was very comfortable. Hotel is spacious and all of the staff friendly. We found the in house food accommodations to be limited, but if your stay includes breakfast buffett consider it to be contential style. Server Dante made for a good sight guide and provided us with helpful tips during the stay.

Rooms- clean, although in one of our rooms the AC wasn't working up to par.
Hotel in-house activities - every day the hotel has an activity by the pool. My nephew really enjoyed the decorating his own cookie and face painting. Thanks Lisa!

Did I mention this hotel is centrally located to downtown Niagra! Overall, believe we rated this hotel higher because we loved that we could walk to everything. Leave the car in the lot and go out and explore and take in the beauty of the surrounding attractions. Make sure to walk down by the falls 20/30 minutes before 10pm every Fri and Sun. The Canadians let off fireworks and light the falls in wondrous colors and the kids will enjoy (plus the night air and late night stroll will tire them out).

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the falls, in the evening the view is spectacular

The hotel's location is the best thing; really close to the falls. Room was decent, beds are comfy. Nice food options nearby. Also, parking and internet is free. There are a lot of other facilities in this hotel, but most visitors would be busy in the Falls and wouldn't take advantage of those. Definitely recommend the "Kohinoor" Indian restaurant located right across the parking lot as a choice for food. Will stay here again if visiting.

We travelled from Manhattan to visit Niagara Falls and stayed in this hotel for a night. We had reserved 2 rooms for the 6 of us and we were very glad that we were given connecting rooms even though we did not specifically request for it. The rooms were very basic - but they were clean and relatively comfortable. If you drive, you do not need to worry about parking - the hotel has plenty of parking spaces in front of it.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating - we were allowed to checkout at 2pm without any extra charges upon request (note: the usual checkout time is 11 a.m. and if you wish to checkout after 11a.m., you will need to request for it - otherwise, you may need to pay for extra charges). The hotel is very close to Niagara Falls State Park - just a few minutes walk. Hence, you could leave your car at the hotel's parking lot and walk to the falls which will save you time in looking for a parking space near the falls.

Overall, we were quite pleased with this hotel.

We drove 8 hours to Niagara Falls. When we arrived we were greeted in the parking lot by multiple signs saying hotel is not responsible for lost stolen or damaged cars. We spent days looming at hotels before booking and this was a rundown not like the pictures hotel. The woman working the front desk was very rude. We had to put down a 100 deposit in case room was damaged? We are from Detroit and not even in the worst part of the hood do hotels require a deposit. WE HAVE NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE SOMEWHERE SO BAD WITH HOW RUDE THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS. This hotel was overpriced run down and unfriendly. Very disgusted.

Room Tip: Don't stay here

First of all, let me say that due to my job I have traveled a lot and stayed at many different hotels. This hotel was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I stayed at this hotel only one night (I could afford to stay longer so I cut my reservation short) and it was a horrible experience.

First of all, it is not a cheap place at all. When we arrived, I had to go between the room and reception 3 times because the cards weren't properly set up by one of the receptionists. It took me 20 minutes to get in my room after checking in. The room was completely dark as there was another building right next to the hotel and it was completely blocking the day light. The most horrible thing was the bath tube was very dirty from the previous visit and it wasn't cleaned for us. I know that the hotel beds are usually softer but this bed was extremely soft and very uncomfortable. I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel and will never ever use again.

Dear H7555, I would like to thank you for taking the time to post your comments on our hotel. We are truly sorry that you found the condition of your guest room to be uncomfortable and that the price of the room was too high. We take our guest comments very seriously and always strive to provide superior accommodations and guest service to all our guests. Our hotel is very proud of its level of service, cleanliness and quality of its product and for this reason your comments are very troubling and will certainly be looked into. While we understand that your stay was not 100% satisfactory, we would hope that you would give us another chance to make your stay as best as it can be. Sincerely, Gayle Nowak.
