“Hampton Niagara Falls”

Excellent experience. Was a little pricey but worth it. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and complimentary breakfast. Staff was great and helpful. Will definitely use the hotel again when visiting Niagara and recommend to family and friends. Room was big enough to accommodate two teens a pre-schooler with wife and myself.

If I could give 3.5 stars, I would. We had 2 rooms on Memorial Day. One booked with points, and another booked the day of arrival. Checked in slightly early and our rooms were ready. Although one room had the thermostat set in the 40s so it was freezing at first. We just turned it off after we got in there. The beds were comfy and there was a mini fridge in the room. Very good when you have kids. The hotel itself is kind of in a weird area. It seems like there are houses around, but they are some kind of bed and breakfast I think. It's about a mile to the falls area. It's walkable, but since we had young kids we drove. The breakfast was your typical Hampton Inn breakfast. Waffles, oatmeal, cereal, a few hot items, etc. They also have coffee/tea available at all times and cookies in the evenings.

The rest of the family used the fitness center and pool and they liked it. The tour desk was very helpful and friendly. Every employee we saw in the hall greeted us. Although you'd get a better view on the Canadian side, I would definitely stay again if I was on the American side.

Room Tip: As for a room higher up.

Great weekend in Niagara Falls and the hotel was close to the attractions, clean, great breakfast and friendly service. However, the neighborhood was far from develop and very industrial looking. I was hestiate to stay as we didnt feel safe driving towards the hotel. We were warns not to walk over certain part of town near hotel, so we stayed away. The walk to the downtown area and to the falls at night was pretty safe, still i felt for the price I paid of over $300/night and for a room with a view of a wall was not worth the price. I understand the supply and demand and it also being a holiday weekend, but for that price Ive stayed at 4 & 5 star resorts in a suite. Nonethless, no major complaints except the price and room view. I t was a great getaway. Next visit I'll make sure to bring my passport and cross the border over to Canada, you can get a room in a hight floor with a view of the falls for about the price i paid or less.

Room Tip: Make sure you request your preference of view when you book. If you dont request you will be stuck...

It is definitely worth it to visit the Candian side of the dalls while you are in thr area. Some people prefer to stay on this side because it is quiter and the traffic is not as bad and the bridge to Canada is close. Our prices so vary based on the time of year, but our rates are comparableto to other hotels in the area. Thank you again for your comments, and Have a great day!

We checked into the hotel in the noon after 12 hours of journey and received a warm welcome by the staff. They were were helpful in providing details on things to do in and around the place. Next day morning, once we checked out, they also took care of our luggages until night as we had our return flight at night and did not want to carry our luggages everywhere we go. Thanks to the Hampton Inn staff for the great hospitality.

I had a wonderful stay during memorial weekend. I arrived well before the 4:00 check in and was able to check in to my room. The room was very clean with a fridge and microwave. There was coffee in the lobby and cookies in the evening. The breakfast between 6-10 am had a lot of options which was very nice. The pool/hot tub area was also very clean. This location is ideal with about a 10 min walk from the Falls

Great place.. Very clean. Very Professional staff.. Will come back for sure. Good location, just couple minutes drive from the actual park.... Will recommend this place to my other family members and friends..

Hotel very clean and bed little hard. Room temperature was hot and difficult to run thermostat. Breakfast not very tasty. Staff did not know the bus routes; we were told wrong info and waited for an hour for the Metro bus out front of hotel that never came. The price of $178 a night was too high.

The bus route is run by the city and is not the most reliable source of transportation. We do recommend either driving, walking or taking a taxi. Our prices do vary based on the time of year, but our rates are comparable to other hotels in the area.
