“Beach Destination in Zanzibar”
Reviewed 25 November 2015

Nungwi Beach is a lively mix of tourist and locals hustling their wears with some great restaurants.

The local can not come onto the restaurant/hotel areas, which gives you chilling spaces from the beach hustle. The more you travel around Zanzibar, the more you realise that there is a need for the locals to be enterprising.

I found that if you are quite steadfast in letting them know that you don't want anything now but if you change your mind you will look for them, they get the message and I can positively say that I have not seen any aggression or acts of aggression from the people of Zanzibar.

I would try and take the time to find a good deal for gifts on the beach because it give you time to pick and choose. The city is more hectic and slightly more forceful.

The restaurant are worth trying out, the food is fresh and well made
