This was a fantastic experience. We walked down the steps from Oia--take your time as the walk is beautiful but watch out for donkey poo. We had a great table right on the edge of the bay. The view of the sunset was fantastic. The waitstaff were courteous and called a cab for us when we were done. A restaurant cat hung out with us.
We started off with the fried eggplant stuffed with feta. It was quite possibly one of the best dishes I have ever had. My husband ordered anchovies. They were much milder and fishy than the ones you get in the States. We splurged on the lobster spaghetti. They told us that dish takes about 30 minutes to cook. About 15 minutes later a very small boat pulled up and handed the staff our lobster! Talk about fresh. The dish was rich and complimented well by a lovely rosè.
