Thank you George for yet another wonderful stay at Atlantida Villas. We love Santorini and your accomodation is the best. A short walk into Oia along the Caldera and such stunning views from our apartment. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was great. Thanks again and we hope to return soon.

Spent a fortnight here in September 2012. The location is perfect, wonderful caldera views from all apartments and an easy 20 minute stroll into Oia village along the sea front walk. The room was fine, and very clean with a loft style sleeping area and a large private balcony/terrace area. Bedlinen and towels were changed very reguarly - there was a most efficient coordinated arrangement - as soon as guests went for breakfast the cleaners were in the room and everything cleaned and changed by the time we got back! Wonderful! Service throughout our stay was very good and all staff were friendly and helpful. I can particularly recommend the excellent and enormous breakfasts served very efficiently by George on the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and the caldera. The pool area is lovely too, with comfortable sunbeds and parasols for shade.
We stayed in an upper level studio in the first block opposite the reception area. I mention this because we were constantly plagued by noise from other guests who appeared to have no volume control and absolutely no consideration for others. There isn't much soundproofing in any case, which would not necessarily have been a problem, but large family groups on full volume (for some reason always Australian - no problems from anyody else) - and not even in an adjacent room - spoilt the holiday for me. I think the enclosed concrete balconies in our block exacerbated the problem by creating an echo chamber. Maybe also the hotel could have done more to enforce noise rules in the pool area. Possibly some of the other rooms might be quieter. If it hadn't been for this I would have given the Atlantida five stars.

Room Tip: Choose a room as far away from the pool as possible.

Went on the recommendation of a friend, and had a wonderful time in this beautiful place. Now need to recommend this hotel to others who are looking for gorgeous caldera views, friendly staff, great breakfasts and clean well appointed rooms. The Greek yoghurt and fruit in the mornings is to die for, served by George with a wide smile and a friendly word. The view from my balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and I could have sat there all day quite happily if the rest of this beautiful island had not called to be explored. The rest of Europe may be in the doldrums, but you would never know it here. The villas are away from, but within an easy walk of the town of Oia, so you can join the tourists on the end of the island for the sunset, or take it in in serenity if you choose.
Comfortable beds up a steep staircase necessitate a modicum of fitness, but make the room quite unique and the downstairs quite spacious. All staff were very helpful and friendly. I would love to think I'll be back one day

We were staying here for a special occassion, our honeymoon. Atlantida Villas was perfect. Quietly located, just outside the busy center of Oia, with great views on the Caldera and a very nice pool. Our top level studio was very comfortable, clean and well equiped. Breakfast is totally ok. To be recommended!

This hotel has wonderful Caldera views, a good sized, clean swimming pool and wonderful breakfasts served by the welcoming, ever smiling George. Be prepared for stairs, both inside the villas and around the buildings. Oia is a pleasant 10-15 min walk along the Caldera rim. Each villa is well equipped with kitchen needs. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I just read one of the 'terrible' reviews... and I didn't even get a lizard in my room! I stayed in a studio apartment with three friends for five nights in September. The place was great! There is a spectacular view from every room, the staff were friendly without being 'in your face', and the breakfast was sensational - I will forever dream of the breakfast yoghurt! The building is dated, and the walkway along the front is nothing special, but the pool is good, the atmosphere is good... and did I mention the yoghurt?

Fabulous place, beautiful views, plenty of variety in accommodation. Friendly service, very pesonalised, particularly at breakfast. Felt very welcomed. Some apartments need a little updating, but overall an excellent experience
