As we neared the end of our week long stay we fancied something different from moussaka and meat dishes. So it had to be fish!
We had walked past Petros many times and had admired the changing display of fish and shellfish on ice, so decided to give it a whirl.
And very good it was, too. After a fried tomato starter ( very tasty) we went for white bream (22 Euros) and salmon (18 Euros). These turned up as generous portions, perfectly cooked and presented and served respectively with aromatic rice and vegetables.
There was no need (or room) for a dessert, although the gratis liqueur was a nice bonus.
There was a good buzz about the place and as we left, two couples were queuing to get tables. You can understand why!
