***WINTER TRAVEL REVIEW***
There are about TWO places open for dinner/supper in Oia during the winter months, so by ALL means patronize these wonderful people who have the courage to brave the winds and serve the trickle of winter tourists.
The menu has a lovely selection of traditional foods as well as nice original dishes. The Pork and Leek starter is fantastic.
The staff is very friendly, but not super attentive. The restaurant had a modest crowd and there seemed to be enough people working, they just didn't really check back.
The lobster was grilled to perfection and served on an impressively large plate!
The chocolate and caramel desert was fine - but not really what I had hoped. They were out of baklava... (sadness)
We sat inside, because the sun sets by 5:30 (17:30) in the winter, so there isn't a view outdoors. Seating was comfortable.
