We picked this restaurant essentially at random while visiting Oia one afternoon; it provides a welcome break from the crowds, being down a narrow alleyway. The place isn't signposted at all, and giving the relatively slow trickle of passing trade I've no idea how they stay afloat! Because we were very late for lunch service (16:30), we were the only ones in the restaurant. The waiter slightly awkwardly hung around at a respectful distance, but within sight of our table, which marred the experience somewhat, but at least the service was prompt!

Food was good overall, although they were very heavy with the dressing on my girlfriend's salad, meaning it was hard to eat the whole thing. I had a refreshing chilled cucumber soup, followed by delicious grilled pork chops and potatoes. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, and it was nice to sit in a shaded garden with plants all around, in pots and growing on the trellis, and comfortable seating. It would probably be a more enjoyable experience with more people there, closer to the main lunch or dinner service.

My boyfriend and I were recommended this place to eat by one of the locals. We had a wonderful dinner, and enjoyed their calm atmosphere. The streets of Oia can be crazy, and this restaurant was a nice break in our day. We enjoyed the Crete Bruschetta, Meat Pies, Musaka, Cod and ended our dinner with baklava. We truly enjoyed the variety of favors, and would high recommend this to anyone who wants a tranquil evening in Oia. Fair prices!

It was a nice "hard to find" setting (as folks have said, away from the main street)...very pretty. The food was all good, but nothing I would go out of my way to eat again.

We stumbled on Karma as we were exploring the lane ways of Oia. It's situated away from the main street and you do have to find it. Due to its location, Karma doesn't have the famous Oia view of the cliff/sea and sunset. The plus side is its quiet ambience, it feels like it's its own little world. It has a very lovely courtyard but it was full so we sat indoors, which was cosily furnished with plush cushions and large windows looking out.

The food was very good. It feels like a modern twist on traditional cuisine and everything is very well balanced, dishes were piping hot. We ordered the mussels saganaki appetizer, baked in a stew with feta cheese, delicious. For the mains we ordered the rooster and Soutzoukakia (ground pork kebab dish). They were also good but less memorable than the mussels. The portions, much like the rest of Greece, were very generous and we couldn't fit in dessert.

Maybe to make up for the lack of view, the price of this restaurant seem much lower than the rest of Oia in terms of quality and fare. A solid, good restaurant that holds a few surprises.
