“The Most Unique Book Shop I've Ever Been In!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 June 2014

I saw in an article where this was a place "not to miss" in Oia and had been voted one of the top bookstores in the world several years ago. We thought it was wonderful! It can be a bit cramped at times, but it's filled with tons of book treasures! The owners are delightful and were very helpful. We found a gift for everyone in the family and a few treasures for ourselves. We loved the atmosphere, the quotes on the wall, the way the store is designed, the eclectic selection and the hospitality we received. If we ever get to return to Oia, we will definitely stop in again! Loved it!

“A perfect bookshop!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 June 2014

It was a great experience to visit such a cozy and charming bookstore in the historic centre of Oia, Santorini! The whole atmosphere of this place is totally amazing, like in a fairy-tale. Be prepared to get lost in the huge variety of incredibly interesting books around you.
At first you could feel yourself unnoticed, but try to speak wtih the owner Craig about your book preferences and you'll be surprised how neatly he'll give you recommendations!
Totally must visit spot! ;)

“Wonderful Place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 May 2014

This is probably the cutest place I've ever visited in my life so far. The store below ground, small, and very cozy. The owners live in the shop so you might notice two beds in there. The upstairs, accessible both from within and without the shop, is half a storey above ground level and is a patio/roof with seating for reading/chilling/looking at a lovely view.

They have books mostly in English but plenty in other languages. And the range is impressive for such a small shop: from fiction to history to philosophy to plays, and that's just the English ones.

The books are quite pricey, with most of them above msrp/rrp and a few of them around the msrp. I recommend their blank notebooks if you don't want to pay extra for books you can find at home. They are gorgeous it's not stuff you can get elsewhere easily. Otherwise, dump some change in their donation jar outside. The cats need feeding you know!

“Unique!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 May 2014

This is possibly the best little bookstore in the world. Although small, it had a lot of selection, and even more character! The girl working in the shop was very friendly, and had no problem making recommendations. Definitely worth a stop on your trip!

“Excellent 'read'”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 13 May 2014

This place is amazing, you can get lost in time, from the moment you walk through the door and through the little rooms you find not just books but little notes and messages written on walls and other surfaces, oh and some great signage.
There is plenty of books of various interests for the avid reader and some hidden gems depending on your interest, they also have some early editions.
