Just got back from a week at museum spa hotel and am happy to report that the room we had 119 was delightful. It was newly updated, painted, and housekeeping service was excellent. Once you face up to the proposition that you are going to spend quite a bit to get a nice place to stay in Oia, the Museum spa hotel seemed a good place to spend it.Somehow got two nights there for 150 euros a night and were extremely pleased with the hotel, particularly the location and the suite itself ( we took the honeymoon suite with caldera view). The staff were professional and relaxed. We both tried a deep tisue massage which was great ,plus at the last day i had a manicure which was also great. It ended up being one of the best of our three-week vacation.I can't imagine a nicer, more centrally located hotel in the area. We would return in a hearbeat, and really didn't ever want to leave!!

My daughter and I spent five of the most wonderful nights of our trip to Greece at the Museum hotel spa in the adorable village of Oia.Upon arrival the check in was fast and efficient. We were escorted to our room by a corteous lady. The pool was immaculate. The staff...so warm, caring, yet unobtrusive.I was impressed by the friendliness of the massage therapist at the spa . She gave me the best reflexology massage that I have ever gotten. The prices were extremely low for the level of service they offer (excellent massage treatments). It was the most spectacular trip we have ever been on.Ideal for a romantic stay. It's definately a don't miss!

Although we were in Oia just before the tourist season...we got to enjoy the quiet/solitude of the area, vendors busily preparing their shops for the upcoming tourist season, wonderful hospitality of the Best Western employees (thank you Carmen) and the beauty of the sunset in Oia. Although getting to and from our room was a lot more difficult than ever imaged because of the stairs and steps (lost count how many we walked) our legs were a lot stronger after two days. We wish we could have stayed longer.. We truely felt we are experiencing a true Greek experience...and that is what we came for. Doug, Kim and MOlly from Kansas, USA.

We stayed in a Suite for 7 night as a treat after completing a tour of Greece. We arrived late on a warm Sunday night and were pleasantly surprised to get a room on the top floor with views to volcano and the hot springs. The entire hotel was spotless and neat. Lots of restaurants, stores, art galleries etc. are within walking distance. The notable thing about this hotel is the service. Top notch. To us, it was first rate, from the time we arrived until the day we left. The front desk staff was outstanding in all the help, directions and information that they provided us, such as sites to see , main tourist attractions, beaches etc.The Spa was wonderful, I'm only sorry I didn't get to spend more time trying all the treatments. I had the swedish massage and it was fantastic, an intense massage that really worked my musles, in fact definitely the best masssage I have ever had!We definitely loved the place and when we return to Santorini, we will stay at the museum spa wellness hotel.

Manager Carmen Rusu seemingly was running the Museum Spa & Wellness Hotel almost single-handedly, making our stay extra special with her warmth and humor. If you can make the climbs up and down to the various cliff-hanging properties, you won't be disappointed with the super-willing service or the fantastic caldera views. Great experience. On the downside, we would have enjoyed a larger bed in our suite, hot water availability 100% of the time, a room phone that was working, and better heating. Despite all of this, we were so impressed with Carmen and athe property location, we would heartily recommend staying here. We are confident the issues we experienced on our 'shoulder season' stay are being addressed as the tourist season gets into full swing. Try this place and say 'hello' to Carmen from her USA Oregonian friends. She is an excellent ambassador for the hotel owners. Give the girl a raise!
