We arrived hours before check-in time, and although they could not make a room available early, they stored our luggage and treated us with a drink by the pool. We were pleasantly surprised with the amazing view of the caldera, the small hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff was extraordinarily helpful. The room had a beautiful view and it was equipped with TV, AC, in-room safety box. The wifi connection is free of charge. Breakfast comprises a very wide variety, including omelets on request. Special thanks to the porter, he was always so helpful and he carried our heavy bags with smile when I couldn't even lift them off the ground.

Beautiful hotel with gorgeous views. Very good service and very friendly staff. My husband and I had a wonderful time. I highly recommend this vacation to anyone who is in good shape to walk up and down the steps leading to the hotel,

I would recommend Caldera Villas to anyone visiting Santorini. The location with the marvelous caldera view is absolutely unbeatable. Lots of restaurants nearby too.The breakfast was superb with a surprising variety of foods. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially in the front desk, who are ready to help with all your questions and are able to give lots of recommendations on what to see and do. We had 3 rooms for 3 nights, and we were very pleased with everything. I would certainly recommend a stay here, and when visiting Oia again, I would not consider anywhere else.

I have been with my family at this nice hotel during our summer holiday. We have been warmly welcomed and we felt at home for the entire period. Great location, astonishing view of the caldera and just a short walk from the bus station and the main shopping street. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this hotel, the staff were incredibly nice and friendly and the marvelous cave house rooms were cleaned on a daily basis. All in all, I would advise just everybody to spend at least a few days in this cozy little boutique hotel.

Hello everyone, we got married this summer and we spent our honeymoon in Caldera Villas and we can honestly say that we were stunned by the beauty and elegance of the entire place. I found the reviews on Triadvisor to be very helpful when choosing this resort and I cannot emphasize enough that you will not be disappointed. The accommodation was very good and it shone with cleanliness. It felt like it was our second home. The staff was faultlessly polite, cheerful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an exceptional value - lots of food choices and a great way to start your day. The view from the pool terrace overlooking the caldera is also pretty extraordinary whether you are watching the sunset or enjoying your breakfast in the morning. The hotel is beautiful and comes highly recommended by us and friends that went on their honeymoon there last year.

Caldera Villas is excellent and fabulous in its services, staff, and the location. I spent 5 great days with my family in this hotel in a very nice suite. This hotel had the best location facing the cliff , few steps down from the main street and very near the central bus and taxi station. Breakfast was wonderful with many choices . The prices are reasonable and the hotel is very clean, comfortable and quiet with helpful staff. Elena, thank you for all your help and welcoming smile! In all, thank you to all staff in this hotel, you made our stay memorable.

Room Tip: Junir suites are great, especially the ones above the reception

We spent 3 days in Oia, and wish we could have stayed longer. This hotel was FABULOUS for so many reasons!
- Amazing views that were so beautiful they looked fake
- Really friendly, welcoming staff who worked many hours a day. They always had a smile on their faces and were very kind.
- Clean, comfortable rooms
- Breakfast in the morning was plentiful (fruit, feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, Greek yogurt, jam, bread, coffee cake, juice, coffee)
- A relaxing, serene environment. I loved eating outside near the pool in the cabana area daily.
- Fantastic pricing (we went in the low season in early November)
- Built in hair dryer in the bathroom
- kitchen sink/2 electric burners in the room in case we wanted to cook
- Sammy, who carried our luggage up and down the steep steps to/from our room. It would've been impossible without him.

Downsides:
- The STEPS...you really work to get up and down to your room. Not a problem if you take your time, but it was rigorous.
- Wi-Fi only worked near the main office area (which is still fine - it was a comfortable setting, but slightly inconvenient)

We originally were booked at another hotel (owned by the same people) and upon arrival they offered us the upgrade to this hotel for a few Euro more per day. We were excited because the view was significantly better, and breakfast was included in the price. We were so glad they were kind enough to offer it. The staff in this hotel made our stay comfortable and fun. Everything was picture perfect in every way - I am so thankful we stumbled upon this place!
