Agree with some other reviewers that rooms are not the same as advertised on their site, but our room was very clean -- just basic. Remember, you're in Europe; standards are much different than in North America!?! It is a long walk, with lots of stairs, but the entire island is like that. You can't expect to get a great view without having to work for it!! Shower is a pain, no curtain, but lots of hot water. Breakfast was very modest, but included in the rate. Pool area was lovely with an incredible view.mStaff were very friendly, gave us an upgrade (we were there in the off season) and helped us book a boat tour and rental car. Santorini is a beautiful spot and we didn't plan to spend much time in the room, so it suited our purposes perfectly and you can't beat the view!!

Stayed in this beautiful property for a couple of nights last summer and had a wonderful time.

The view of the caldera from our balconies and from the pool side was breath taking. Rooms were spacious and very neat. The bathroom was a queer dome shaped blue tiled place, slightly dark, but charming nevertheless. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when I had a medical issue in the middle of the night once.

The place is quite famous - 5 min hike from the local bus stop, which has frequent buses to almost every place you might want to visit, especially Oia. And all the local guides have pickups from the hotel too.

The place is a bit of an uphill, then downhill walk from the road (and cars can't reach all the way till inside) - but if you are reasonably fit, this should not be an issue since most places in Fira need a bit of walking anyway.

Also, the caldera is visible in it full breathtaking view only from the balcony and the poolside since the rooms have smaller windows (French windows would have been nice!)

The breakfast spread is good and tasty (though I am vegetarian and hence could eat only a few of those items).

Overall a nice place that I would definitely recommend.

Room Tip: Highest rooms facing the caldera have the best view.

In exchange for wonderful views, you get to work. Up and down those stairs to breakfast, to the pool, to your room, to town. But assuming that you survive the exercise, the villa staff are wonderfully helpful and the the villas are just a step away from the main streets of Fira.

Stayed for two nights in this lovely hotel last October 2013. Nice and clean rooms and the view of the caldera is truly breathtaking. I enjoyed watching the sunset, moonlight and sunrise from our balcony a superb view of mother nature at its best. The staff was very friendly and super helpful with the tours they recommended to us. Guys it was an excellent service you rendered to us "Thank you".

Room Tip: Request for a room with the view of the caldera!

Stayed at the Villas for six nights (too long) at the very end of October. The weather was beautiful, very hot during the day, cold at night. Too many steps to get in and out but it was a good exercise. You'll never gain a pound in this town, as it is very hilly everywhere. The view of the caldera is incredibly beautiful and the sunsets exceptional. I had a very large room, with a large balcony and one of the largest bathrooms I have ever had in my travels. If you can, try to get a room with a hot tub, they were very nice as well. Breakfast was functional with just a few choices of foods to choose from. Stavroula was incredibly helpful, and very hard working lady. I miss her. There is a very nice shopping area with restaurants close to the hotel (it's located by the Atlantic Hotel-You can ask at the reception for directions). Overall, a nice hotel with many steps and killer views and sunsets.

Room Tip: Try to stay at a room with a hot tub. It's worth it.
