We checked-in this hotel for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment spent. We arrived at this hotel by Ferry, after spending rather boring 3 nights in Athens with lots of expectations which the hotel rightfully fulfilled. Our superior room was upgraded to an honeymoon suite upon check-in. (WOW).. Maria at the front desk is very helpful with any need you may have. The room is spacious and was overlooking the Caldera with an attached Jacuzzi. You can pretty much see both the edges of Santorini from the room. Breakfast was good but the menu selection could have been better with different variety each day. The hotel is located 2.7 Km away from Fira, which may not be ideal if you prefer walking distance from the city. The hotel does run a free shuttle bus service to and from Fira, with scheduled timings which you need to keep us should you intent to use the service. Your other option would be a 5 Euro taxi trip. Room has A/C and heater facilities. There was a kettle to heat water and an iron board.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would recommend staying there in any occasion.

During our trip,
1. We took a bus to Oia, and spent a day watching the highly regarded sunset at the end. (You can see the sunset right from your hotel windows as well)
2. We took a day trip with Kamari tours (can be booked from the hotel or straight with the company located beside shuttle bus service).
3. One day to walk from Fira to the Cable car station, fabulous experience walking up and down the stairs overlooking the sea.

To wouldnt need more than 4 days to see the whole of Santorini, but you might stay for longer should you intent to indulge the beauty around.

Room Tip: Room number 200 series are on the ground floor, 300 on the first floor, lower numbers are built at l...

It is located away from Fira, a 5 mins drive away. They offered a shuttle service to Fira. Our room has a balcony and it is a great spot for watching sunset. Breakfast is good and the meals in the restaurant are quite reasonable. The staff are quite friendly.

This is a small hotel on the ridge of Santorini Island.
It is not a fancy hotel, but the rooms are nice and
the service very good. The view is fantastic.
It is a 15 minute ride into town and they do
offer a shuttle service .

Room Tip: All of the rooms have the beautiful view. The only thing to keep in mind is that you do have to us...

This is just a terrific property, in every way. First thought was, oh, too bad it is so close to the main road, but once through the doors the rest of the world dropped away. Every room and space is oriented to the caldera, at the edge of which the stair-step levels of this small hotel cling. Spacious yet charming terrace and open-to-the-air restaurant with views over the harbor, large white rooms with all the space to spread out your luggage and toiletries that you missed in all those other hotels, tremendous comfort. Private hot tub was a delight. Breakfast is the most deluxe buffet (juice really IS freshly squeezed!) and dinner is excellent - when you do not feel you cannot take the crowds in town one more evening, you are happy to know that staying in will be well worth it. Desk staff is helpful, restaurant staff is seriously on top of things, and we could not have enjoyed it more unless we had stayed longer!

Room Tip: Not too many bad rooms, that I could see. Rooms below the pool are more private, it seemed. All face...

We stayed 4 nights at the Lilium and it was a fantastic experience. I would rate it the best hotel of all the 4 and 5 star hotels we stayed in during a trip to Greece. The personal touch was wonderful, everyone was very friendly and knew us by name. They offered many ideas on things to do during our visit and even arranged some of the details for us. The room was perfect, very clean and the bed was wonderful not your typical European double bed. Towels were fluffy and the cleaning service was excellent. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and had a great variety of goodies to choose from. The view from the restaurant was outstanding... not to mention the view from the room and porch. Wifi was available anyplace which was great! One thing that was really special was that they gave you 2 postcards that you can mail free to any place in the world. Our family loved getting the postcards!
I am sure there are hotels that are just as nice but everyone at the Lilium went out of the way to be friendly. It was also the end of the season and you would never know that because service was still top notch.

Room Tip: Rooms away from the restaurant perhaps might be a little quieter. We were close to the restaurant an...

This hotel is a first class place. The staff from airport transfer to house keeping, very helpful, accommodating and friendly. Service was top of the line. Rooms nice and also very clean which for me is a must. Every room has a little out side sitting area so you can take in that outstanding view all day and watch the beautiful sunsets. Food was good at their restaurant. I would suggest rent with breakfast included, nice size breakfast buffet. For us there was nothing that we didn't like. You really have to see it for your self.

Well what can I say about this hotel, everything from picking us up from the airport till drop off at the port was just outstanding. Our flight got delayed coming into Santorini and at pick-up we were greeted very warmly and was presented with water bottles (it was very hot that day). I would recommend getting the pick-up and drop-off service provided by the hotel.
When we arrived at the hotel we were given a free upgrade to a room with Jacuzzi and the room was just WOW. The views were breathtaking. Room was massive and so was the bathroom. Wi-fi was available for free and very fast. Drinks in the mini bar are quite cheap as well, so make sure you use the drinks from there than the restaurant. Breakfast was part of the price and was just too good. Hotel has a free shuttle service to the city centre which is really good and we used it every day. We even got free postcards with stamps included and the best part was hotel posted it for us.
Our private jacuzzi and the pool were too good, the views from there were to die for. We spent one full day just lying there by the pool (totally relaxing).
Now the restaurant, my god I still miss that food. I am a vegetarian and the chef even made a special vegetarian dish for me on request (which was super yummy). The food and price were both really good, totally value for money.
Staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Lisa at reception, Lucas who picked & dropped us and Spears at restaurant.
This hotel is just too good and we would definitely stay here if we visit Santorini again.
Very happy customer :-)
