We were on our way to Lake George on motorcycles and got caught in a nasty T-storm. We stopped there looking for shelter but it had closed earlier. The proprietor was inside doing prep work and noticed our misfortune. She opened up for us and treated us like family. She made fresh coffee and tea and let us stay until it was safe for us to continue on. The nostalgic atmosphere of a diner of years gone by was very warm and quaint. we will definitely revisit whenever up that way.
There are truly good people still out there, I believe a lot.
