I stayed at this hotel for 1 week in June with friends. We booked this holiday in February and requested a pool or sea view, a balcony where you get the sun and not on ground floor (we got none of these and complained) they showed us another room which was even worse so we decided to stay in the first room. The first room they showed us was next to the lobby so I could wave to you from the balcony if you were in the lobby! the second room was facing land where there is nothing to look at.

We really enjoyed the entertainment at the hotel during the day. The buffet was nice and always something I could eat as I do not eat fish but a bit repetative - they did have a seafood theme one night. They also had a roast beef (I think - I did not eat it). The hotel and pool area are spotless. The price was expensive to keep the room the day you leave they wanted (60 euros to keep the room till 6pm or 8pm). The entertainment staff were excellent and very friendly and also the bar staff. The ice cream at hotel was lovely must have the strawberry lol! The beach is not all that - very stoney but the water was lovely and warm. The kids club staff were also very good with the kids and loads for them to do. They do put to much chlorine in the swimming pool as I came up in a rash which has never happened to me before.

The hotel has wifi but when we went you could only connect in the lobby area - they said they have not connected it up for all rooms just lobby

With regards to what to do outstide the hotel - the nearest shop is about a 10 minute walk and there is not much there at all.

The entertainment in the evening was good - they put on some very good shows.

I would recommend this hotel to people but I would not go back as I only go to a hotel once as there is a whole wide world out there!

If you do stay here have a lovely time.

Frustratingly it took 2 hours to transfer from the airport given the number of drop offs en route. Food was still available even though it was gone midnight when we arrived. The bus driver had no idea where the place was.

More frustrating was the fact that we had arrived midst a thunder storm and the first day was grey, overcast and threatening rain. Thankfully it cleared up and the remainder of the week was glorious.

The hotel was beautiful, and the sea-view and jacuzzi on the balcony added bonuses (room 1307). Disappointed that having set an alarm to ensure towels were down by 8.30, someone had 'baggsied' our 'baggsied' sunbeds by 9.30. A helpful camper informed us that towels laid down before 9am would be removed. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr. The pool area was very 'child friendly' - dulcet 80s/90s 'holiday tunes' blasted out thoughout the day. Hurrah for the beach! (athough rather a bizzarre awning erection replaced umbrellas)(the sea was freezing).

The restaurant was never heaving and the range of food was good. Evening entertainment was dubious, although the youngest member of our group (aged 10) seemed quite enthralled by it all. She also loved the waterslides (I wouldn't know!!!)

Taxi into Belek centre was quite hefty, don't order steak!!! Shopping a hagglers dream.

The funfair at the front of the hotel wasn't finished and it made for a tricky 'get out' of an evening - what with cement mixers and general builders.

All in all - a nice time

Room Tip: ask for room 1307

We stayed in this hotel last week for 5 nights with our 1 and 3 year-old. We had difficulty finding the hotel, because there were no signs on the way directing us. The room was very small for 4, it is ot OK if you are more than 3. It was an open bathroom, meaning the bathroom was not a seperate area from the room, it was in the room, toilet had one glass door, the shower had one glass door and the sink was what you saw first as you entered the room. The sea was not good at all, we tried once but gave up as it was too wavy. The pools and slides were nice but I had to go there 8:30 latest to have a sunbed. The food was OK, we could always find something to feed ourselves. The kid's restaurant was nice, our boys liked sitting there. But we liked food outside the main restaurant better. Turkish wraps, cakes were life saving. Eventhough this hotel has some downsides, I still think it was worth the money, and we enjoyed our holiday.

Hotel is very nice and modern. For the most part it is completed but there is some building work still underway for the fairground and tennis courts at teh entrance driveway.

Found the location a let down, classed as Belek but it is a good way out of Belek and expensive to take a taxi there.

Major issue with room sizes, as a family of 2 adults and 2 children (3&6), we booked with Thomas Cook, given a standard room. When we arrived there were only 3 beds and the hotel staff tried to shoe horn in another bed (after taking out half the furniture) which was right next to a light and electrical socket (for a 3 year old). The room was tiny, never seen a room so small, just ok for 3. Hotel agreed rooms are too small for 4 but dont care how many are in the room, say this is what was booked for us. We had to pay 40 euros per night to upgrade to a family room. We are complaining to TC about the room sizes, we shoud have been advised the rooms are very small and not suitable for 4, we would have booked a family room if we had known this. Complaint has been lodged to TC about the added costs we incurred.

Family travellers beware about the rooms!

The family room was great and service good. Complex is quite compact and sun loungers are an issue.

The workmanship aroound the hotel is suspect and everything looks ok just now but give it a few seasons and things will not look so good. Plumbing issues in the bathroom areas, wet pacthes on the lobby walls, levels around the pools are way out. No spirit levels used and tradesmen should have gone to Specsavers before they got cracking.

Enjoyed the holiday and hotel but let down with the room issue. I would not go back again, sorry.
