Our office is located close by to Whats Cookin and we've had the WORST experience with them. First thing first, its a hassle to even submit a order! I have to make sure i take a 10 min break in order to have enough time. Between the person answering the phones being half deaf to completely disregarding what we ask for.On top of that every single time we've ordered from them they've gotten something wrong! I work in a very high pace office where we don't have time to play phone tag to get orders right. We understand that people make mistakes but its every time & they have the NERVE to get an attitude when we ask them for what WE PAID FOR ! After countless disappointments and bringing them in A LOT of business we're completely done after today ! Customer service is important and the food is not that great for it to be priced the way it is, the least you could do is show some courtesy to paying customers . DISGUSTED
