The Board of Directors and the city of Oswego are getting ready for the 70th Reunion of the arrival of the refugees to Fort Ontario. This museum tells the story of the 982 refugees that were housed at Fort Ontario during WWII. Joining us for the reunion the Jewish Motorcyclists Alliance has chosen Safe Haven as their charity to remember those lost during the Holocaust. As a member of the Alliance said "we have been doing these rides for 10 years and this is the first time we celebrate life" The event is open to the public and we encourage everyone who has a love of history and memory of those lost during the Holocaust to join us for this event.
