We had breakfast here at Angels. Nothing fancy. Hot, fresh coffee. We ordered 2 eggs, 2 pieces of toast. I had homemade patties sausage - it was delightful! Hubby had the same, but with bacon. Angels is a small, friendly hometown diner. Not for large groups of people. They have a counter and several boothe's. Service was pleasant and speedy. If you are looking for fancy schmancy breakfast foods....this isn't your place. But for good old fashioned bacon, eggs, home fries and toast, this is your place! Total check under $10! Can't beat that in this day & age. We will definitely return to Angels. Very homey and good food!

Angel's is a unique experience in that it is a restaurant that hasn't changed much in the last 50 years. My family came to Geneva in 1955 and we have seen many changes. It is so great that places like Angel's still exist. My wife and I both think the "everything omelet" is the best we have ever tasted. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and draws many of the locals. They also have great homemade pies.

We were staying in a nearby town and were looking up reviews of where to eat breakfast. We came across Angel's! We made the 20 min beautiful drive over to a quaint main street. We sat at the counter and were taken back into time! There were bunch of baked goods on the counter. Quite tempting. We each got two eggs, with a meat and toast (one bacon and one sausage). There was a copy of the local newsletter that was nice to read. The coffee was good and hot! The food was cooked perfectly to order (I am picky about my eggs).
Everyone was very friendly! I really liked the vintage milkshake maker on the shelf!

If we are back in Penn Yan we will be back!
Thanks for a great start to our day!

This place is to cute, like stepping back in time The staff are friendly and well kept. Country food cooked well generous helpings highly recommend for a touch of nostalgia. One more thing they have pictures of military staff who are associated with the diner. Really like that show of support! Bravo!
