Let's start off by saying to all the City Slickers - if you're looking for marble bathrooms, I suspect you won't find that in the Catskills. But if you're fine with a small, cozy, clean cabin, with nice people at the helm, then you'll be happy here.
We stayed here for the proximity to hiking, and a quick respite away. There is no cell service in most of the town, but the hotel had good Wi-Fi. We did the 1 mile walk to town for dinner. Its a cute little town, and we returned there the next morning for gas and a treat upon departure.
The cabin was small but clean, had flat screen TV, and picked up the Wi-Fi. The (free) breakfast in the office area was great: fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, food bars, and very good coffee. They gave us a great area map for hiking. We finished our coffee on the front porch outside our cabin.
We would definitely come back..
