The Inn is lovely, very well maintained, authentic adirondack charm without going overboard with too many moose, bear regalia as some adirondack resorts. We had a lovely room with a view of the lake, the boys (6 & 7) were right across the hall in a smaller room, luckily we were given a fan for the boys the second night as it was warm. The bathrooms were down the hall, and were well maintained, no problem finding an available one when needed. The furnishings are antique, but the bedding an mattress were of very nice quality.
The breakfast which came with the room, was offered in a very pretty dining room, served by a lovely, friendly and patient staff. The food was great, the pancakes with cinammon apples and pecans are highly recommended.
The beach is very nice, great for swimming, and the kayak trip out to their Island was a great experience.
