I loved coming here as a kid on field trips and with my family during the Battle of Plattsburgh, commemorating our city's rich history.

“Who knew Plattsburgh had so much history”
Reviewed 12 April 2011

I was at The Kent Delord House Museum at the same time they had an event called Sensational Settings. All the tables and sideboards, even a bed were set as table settings, each from a different business in town, and each with it's own theme, how delightful! It was the best opportunity to enjoy not only a very original fundraising event but also a tour of this wonderful museum. Everyone there was enthusiastic, friendly, and had great knowledge of this house and it's historical occupants. Pat and everyone else made my impromptu visit to the museum a day to remember, Thank you all.
