We travel to this museum once every year from our home in Canada. The museum has things to amuse all four of our kids (ages 1, 2, 6 and 8). It's a great way to spend the day and it's quite reasonably priced.

Before I moved I had trouble dragging MY HUSBAND out of the museum when he would visit because there is NOTHING like this at all in Kelowna. I would take my older daughter to the museum on my weekends off and we would literally stay there all day. It's a wonderful place to visit- especially in the winter because you can take a break from being in the museum and go ice skating at Manhattan Square park.

If you are a toy buff, this is the place to go. Extensive display of toys from the late 1800's to current. The butterfly exhibit was good for the kids as well.

This is a great place for preschoolers and young children. Anyone 10 and up would most likely be bored but some may like it, it has nice exhibits and a nice set up. For children its the best.

we went with a 3 yr old and a 6 yr old. VERY good for these ages. Quieter in mornings. Very clean, lots of good bathrooms, water fountains, interactive things. Well laid out, easy to move from one place to another.LOTS for kids to do! Busy but people were very polite and staff is wonderful. Several options for lunch on premises, reasonable prices, limited seating. some things cost extra, 1$ to ride train, carousel, and $4 for butterfly garden, we opted to skip as it is a timed 20 minute, not worth it.
