This was our second visit to Aladdin's in as many trips to Rochester. There are many fine restaurants in this city, and we think this is one of the best. The food is fresh, wonderfully prepared, the portions are very generous, the service is polite and quick, the prices reasonable and the atmosphere is more fun and comfortable than elegant. My vegetables and pasta was excellent, and (refreshingly) not over cooked. My wife's kabobs came out tender and cooked perfectly to order. And their salads are meals in themselves, served fresh, crisp and with dressings apparently made in house. We were a rather boisterous table of six on this particular evening, and our waitress and the bus staff worked their tails off, provided outstanding service and earned every cent of their tip. Parking at Aladdin's
is on the street, and that can be problematic. Getting there early and having reservations is a good idea. Although we didn't sit on the outdoor deck--it was a hot night--it appeared inviting with its awning and view above the busy street.
