We called ahead about their pet policy and found they had some pet friendly rooms. When we arrived at about 8pm Nov 11, 2011, the place was really busy but the woman at the front desk was amazing-she made checkin smooth and quick--for about three people at the same time! The new beds were excellent, the room was good sized, and the staff and food at breakfast was very good, served by long term, positive employees. Hotel was really excellent and we'll try to plan travel so if we are close we'll go back. Ed Grayson

Stayed at the Radisson one night in September during our daughter's tennis tournament.

Reasonably priced (relatively) and conveniently located to RIT.

Five minute drive to several chain restaurants.

Holiday Inn is closer to the airport and a cheaper deal for park, sleep and fly, but this hotel has a slightly better ambiance and a great indoor pool.

OK, but not the best cleanliness/maintenance- wise.

Sleep number beds not very comfy and pretty hard to adjust.

Nice wooded area, fairly quiet.

Loud a/c and heating unit, but it created white noise to mask sounds from the hall and adjacent rooms.

Large indoor pool (no hot tub) is it's best feature and quite a bonus if you have the time to swim.

Very good for brief stays if the price is right.

Room Tip: Long hallways - people with difficulty walking may want to ask for a room that is fairly close to th...

Hi I stayed here Nov 27-28th to write an exam the following morning. Even thought the room was supposed to be non-smoking the room was smelled VERY strongly of smoke, and something wrong with the humidity levels, the heater kept turning on and off through-out the night. I got placed beside a very large family, who's children played in the hallway outside my room till 1am at night - not on the main floor, or lobby, or the swimming facilities, right outside my door in a hallway? - ofcourse I was upset since I needed to study and sleep in peace and quiet, I called the front desk twice to ask if I can be moved anywhere else, they said they were all full. So overall the room smelled of smoke, pet dander - couldn't breathe and dirty - noisy - wish I had booked anywhere else!

Got a pretty good deal for this property through Priceline. It was a basic airport hotel. The room appeared dated but clean. There was a nice LCD TV in the room. In fact, it was probably one of the biggest TVs I've seen in a hotel room. We have a room with two double beds. They are on the sleep number system, which I don't really understand. We had some trouble trying to adjust the settings.

The front desk clerk was really nice. The front desk manager also greeted us as we were coming back to the hotel from dinner.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. It's close to shopping, restaurants and the airport if you take your car. Parking and WIFI were both free.

I got a great deal on a room here using Priceline-- note that while in Henrietta area, I had selected the airport north segment on the bid line and this just borders the two areas. The location was fantastic, right next to RIT if that interests you, but right around the corner from every type of restaurant and shopping you can imagine. The hotel itself is in a VERY quiet and safe area. The hotel staff was amazingly professional and friendly, with a genuine interest in making guests feel welcomed. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with nice white linens and an adjustable mattress- a little gimicky, but comfortable nonetheless. There is a nice indoor pool, fitness facility and business center if you need it. We didn't try the restaurant or room service, but nice to have as not usually available in a hotel at this price point. I would definitely stay here again.

I found that the bed was very comfortable to sleep, reasonably spacious room with adequate facilities. The food in the restaurant was good . The property is right next to RIT and it is a very pleasant walk from the hotel. The staff in the lobby and the restaurant were very friendly. Watch out for the airport shuttle timing if you have a very early morning flight. The shuttle operates only from about 5AM and it does take about 10 minutes to get to the airport. Also, the last shuttle from the airport is at 11PM. Rest, a nice place to stay and value for money !

Room Tip: Rooms closer to the lift are better, else its a long walk !

We had very comfortable commendable stay there, especially for the price we paid using Priceline, compared with the other hotels that were well over $120 a night.

First, our pleasant experiences with this hotel:

1. Extremely very-mannered, well-trained and courteous hotel staff
2. Location very easy to find
3. Crowds of hotel patrons were all taking a stroll around the hotel in the nice weather we had that day, proving how popular and hotel was and how safe the area was
4. King-size sleep-number bed was comfortable
5. No sofa bed for occasional use
6. General facilities, room and bathroom were clean and tidy
7. Reasonably quiet air conditioning in the room
8. Pool and gym available to add pleasure to the stay
9. Very good value if you can get the room for under $80-90 in the Rochester area

The following need improvement:

1. Wireless Internet connection speed, although complimentary, was as slow as a snail struggling to run away from a predator!
2. Wired Internet connection at the Business Centre was much faster but there were only two computers with CRT monitors in it. One printer was even broken so that left only one computer that was always occupied with printer connected to it.
3. Water pressure was cut down to roughly half of its original value when the shower in the next room was turned on
4. Could hear sound of TV from the room next door
5. No complimentary breakfast (but didn't expect it anyway)

Wish there was a sofa bed since we had a party of three but, other than that, the hotel should be an excellent choice for families.
