Just spent several lovely days in Sag Harbor, and was able to reserve a bay-front room at the last minute. The Inn has been renovated and now offers up-to-date lodging with terrific plumbing: including new Kohler fixtures in bathroom, strong and steady water flow, not always available at beachfront Inns and B&B's, and sure does make for a comfortable stay. A lovely little outside porch facing the bay, a small fridge to store food and wine, good a/c, tv, spacious and the most accommodating and friendly staff. Easy walk to Main Street, and short drive to Shelter Island Ferry. Two negatives: walls pretty thin, so can often hear neighboring guests, and more importantly the mattress could be better. Otherwise, very happy with this choice and will stay again when I have the chance. Lovely little Town, great restaurants!

Room Tip: Not sure, but maybe corner or end rooms a bit quieter

We were lucky enough to get a last minute reservation here and thought the place was very good for the price. Its not a five star hotel and doesn't claim to be so thats why I gave a very good. Rooms are large, with good air conditioning. Didn't notice any noise. I wouldn't call it a romantic hotel but it is clean, has a breakfast included, and most important is reasonably priced. You get a beach parking pass, Its a short walk to town of Sag Harbor. There is a pool which is not heated and freezing. I would say that is my only criticism . Otherwise a moderate priced hotel thats close to town, clean and nice

I recently stayed at the Sag Harbor Inn. I did not know much about the area but was delighted to find a spotless hotel with a wonderful and friendly staff within walking distance of the town of Sag Harbor. I would recommend this hotel highly.

We stayed here for a wedding. I'll start with the good; good location. It is within walking distance to main street. The rooms are relatively large as well as the bathroom. Parking is not an issue. The bad, paper thin walls. Continental breakfast is a joke. The food could literally be from a convenience store. Shower had a slow drain.

Many Holiday inns are better than this place. I was expecting a quirky mom and pop place with charm. It felt more like a chain hotel in a business park but for a significant mark up. Definitely not worth the $560 plus tax a night. Unfortunately for that area that is the going rate especially for the season. AirBnB would be a better value. I wouldn't stay again or recommend.
