We usually go for the Saturday night prime rib, It's a large and tasty portion that comes with mashed or baked potatoes (You can also get French fries) and some veg. Given that Salem is farm country, the veg is usually very fresh. A similarly fresh salad is included as a first course. We find this more than enough and have not tried the aps or desserts. We did once go to the bar to watch a Patriots game and had good burgers. There are plenty of beers but the wine selection does not do justice to the prime rib, so we pay a small corkage fee and bring our own.
