While I have not gone to the sea gardens in the past year, I remember the sense of tranquility. There was a mandella for use in meditation. The host was knowledgeable and the little shop was quaint.

A small, but very interesting place to visit. Don't miss if you are in the upstate area. It is not far from Saratoga Springs

The "fossiles" are not what you would expect. If you spend 20 minutes looking at them ... The display building is cold damp mildewed and sparce on exhibits. Think a place on the side of the road with a billboard "Prehistoric Beasts" without the billboard.

First of all to pay to see a few rocks, and walk to a pond full of snakes and bees is not my cup of tea!
