“Great place to give Thai a try!”
Reviewed 2 June 2014

I stopped in for dinner after arriving for a work conference and was pleasantly surprised by the upscale thai offerings mixed with japanese influenced sushi and tempura. While I didn't try tempura on this trip, I saw lovely examples going by my table and it will be on my list next visit. I enjoyed a pad thai - very basic but adequate portion of noodle with chicken and shrimp with a few veggies and noodles. The real killer entree was the Seafood Adventure...nice mix of shrimp, scallops, and octopus with mega veggies all barely cooked in a delicious asian chilli sauce, listed as two peppers on the menu but 4 forks from me! I would eat that dish every night of the week, so good. The staff are pleasant and accommodating, the interior very quiet and "clean simple" in decor, but do go and enjoy the food!

“Love it”
Reviewed 1 May 2014

We are locals and frequent many of the establishments in downtown Saratoga. On our last trip to Sushi Thai Garden we found ourselves suddenly quiet. Turns out we were both thinking the same thing. We were thinking how it's the best place in town. The meals are always great, the service is prompt and friendly, the place is so clean i couldn't even find a smudge on the windows. If you are not a sushi fan there are plenty of choices on the menu. This is a must try in Saratoga.Never disappointed.

“The Ginza in Saratoga Springs”
Reviewed 2 January 2014

This review is based solely on a sampling of the Japanese menu not the Thai. Further, my evaluation is based on years of Japanese travel. With these caveats in mind, I rate the Japanese food experience at the Sushi Thai Garden Restaurant as outstanding. The uni, being one of the crucial tests of sushi in any Japanese restaurant, was fresh, excellent. The uni lobes were whole and large, very refreshing. Six different sushis from ikura to unagi were wonderful, the nori crisp. The sake selection was good, including my favorite a nagori. The inviting decor is snow white and bamboo green. The wait staff were helpful and attentive despite the busy holiday season. I highly recommend the Sushi Thai Garden.

“Average Thai Food...they are open late...”
Reviewed 11 November 2013

My family had a late dinner at Sushi Thai Garden. Kitchen open until 10:30 pm on a Friday night. Kitchen closed promptly at 10:31 pm. Bright/clean restaurant - pleasant service. Unfortunately food quite average - two appetizers ordered may have been prepared from frozen ingredients obtained in supermarket. Main dishes were OK - generous portions. Unfortunately flavors/species may have been extremely toned down for clientele. Will search for another option if again looking for a late meal in Saratoga Springs...

“Sushi Thai Garden, Saratoga”
Reviewed 22 October 2013

My wife and I love this place. Food is consistently great quality, full of unexpected flavors, beautifully presented, well served, great ambience, and teriffic value. It's become a birthday traditin, as well as several other times a year, especially before heading across the street to a Caffe Lena performance. Great combination for a delightful night out, often.
