Maestro's is an architectural delight in downtown Saratoga Springs among the high end shops and it fits right in. Has a good ambiance with a high price. Both my partner and myself had the two course fixed price lunch. Food was was good, its hard to screw up macaroni and cheese. Ravioli dish was well prepared and 5 onion and pumpkin soups were both delicious. Finished the meal with a wonderful chocolate cake.
Even though restaurant was packed for a busy Saturday lunch the wait staff were attentive and we were in and out in about one hour. Not rushed but not waiting. Only downside was that it was quite noisy.
Would recommend to others and return in a heartbeat, not only to Maestros' but the town. Maestro's appeared to be the busiest by far of the many downtown restaurants.
