“Fits right in to Saratoga Springs”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 October 2013

Maestro's is an architectural delight in downtown Saratoga Springs among the high end shops and it fits right in. Has a good ambiance with a high price. Both my partner and myself had the two course fixed price lunch. Food was was good, its hard to screw up macaroni and cheese. Ravioli dish was well prepared and 5 onion and pumpkin soups were both delicious. Finished the meal with a wonderful chocolate cake.

Even though restaurant was packed for a busy Saturday lunch the wait staff were attentive and we were in and out in about one hour. Not rushed but not waiting. Only downside was that it was quite noisy.

Would recommend to others and return in a heartbeat, not only to Maestros' but the town. Maestro's appeared to be the busiest by far of the many downtown restaurants.

“Details in Dining make such a Difference”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 October 2013

It all started with a great seat on the porch. Then came a great server with bean dip and flat bread soon followed by drinks and delicious bread served with butter and sea salt. Recommendations for the pork shank and the pasta came high so that's what we ordered along with their Artisan salad and squash soup! Everything was perfect! And here's a detail that will keep Maestro's on your mind, homemade dark chocolate bark with the check! We'll be back.

“Yum!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 September 2013

Ate outside on the porch on a beautiful September evening. Service impeccable, food was delicious. They had advertised "Oyster Night" on a placard outside, which drew us in. My friend loves oysters and oyster stew. Turns out it was only oysters on the half-shell and they were only available in the bar, which was noisy and crowded. However, we ended up with a yummy meal. I had two small plates for my dinner, their mozzarella plate and the lobster fricassee. Both excellent.

“What a view!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 September 2013

On a recent trip, my husband and I enjoyed a late lunch on the patio of Maestro's. What a treat! I had an outstanding salmon salad and we were treated to some of the best service I have ever had a restaurant! The wine and beer were fantastic and the server even went to find out where my husband could buy the beer in town. Right on Broadway, it is the perfect spot to people watch and has heaters when the weather gets chillier. It was our favorite spot that we ate while in town!
