Great boutique hotel with 30 or so rooms, fantastic breakfast with either buffet or cooked to order, wonderful beds, and a free service bar area for guest that includes drinks and snacks. Only, and I mean only drawback, is parking...4 or 5 spots on the side of the building, 8 spots across the street, if those are all gone it's a short walk to a free public garage. Sit out on the wonderful front porch and watch Saratoga Springs walk by.

Room Tip: Lots of great places to eat but be sure to check out the nearby Putnam Market for a great meal...lar...

You couldn't ask for a better location for this hotel, right at the top of the high street. The room we had was in the older part of the hotel and was very spacious, including the bathroom, and equipped with everything you could ask for. All the staff were polite and the owner was a wonderful lady to spend a little time chatting with. All the little added extra really made this a special place to stay.

We highly recommend this hotel as a great base for exploring the area.

A beautiful boutique hotel with 30 rooms. It was a quaint little place. The people were very friendly and accommodating. I didn't eat any meals there but they have this awesome pantry where everything but liquor was free to the guests. They had candies, and snacks, nuts, several choices of beverages and fresh fruit and muffins. Great location downtown which was very easy to walk. Will stay there again if I am ever in the area!!

Before we arrived they sent us an email and asked what time we would be arriving. Sure enough when we arrived the room was ready. We were greeted warmly -- like old friends.

By email they had suggested a restaurant for lunch. So we got settled in and then walked to the restaurant. It was perfect. We had told them the type of lunch we wanted and their suggestion was right on.

In the afternoon they provided us with documentation to take a walking tour of the area. That was great as well.

The hotel is perfectly located. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The robes are nice as are the toiletries.

The sparkling water, snacks, spring water, soft drinks, etc. are all free. This is not a place that nickle's and dime's you to death. You feel like a welcome guest in this inn.

The soap is a real bath size bar of Dove soap. I think that is the first time ever that a hotel has provided a regular sized bar of soap for us. And that is really nice.

The beds are comfortable as are the pillows.

The breakfast is really good -- a buffet with a hot egg option as well.

There is really nothing I can say against this place. I think I would go to Saratoga Springs just to stay in this hotel.

Room Tip: Back rooms would be quieter. I would not choose one of the garden rooms. They are right at street le...

This is our second visit here and we just love this place. Every detail is thought of with perfection and care. Every room is beautiful. The mattress is divine, the pillows are perfect, the down comforter was yummy, the sheets were soft and crisp, the bathroom had all that you would want, the room was immaculate, and we just loved it. The inn keeper was delightful and the breakfast delicious. Perfect place and perfect location.

There could be no more central place to stay in Saratoga Springs. With a location right on Broadway every restaurant and the track is a rather simple walk. The track might be 25 minutes by foot but still something that can be accomplished for most folks. The accomodations are as nice as any in the city with comfortable rooms, nice appointments and decent size. The old section is a bit more B & B like but the new section of rooms is very comfortable. Sitting on the porch and watching people with a glass of wine makes for a fabulous evening.

Rooms are not extraordinary but have lots of nice features including some with fireplaces and shower stalls. Bed is comfy, clean and as nice as any in the city of Saratoga.

Do not miss the breakfast since the owner goes out of her way to speak with all and the staff is so very personable. The food is off the charts good for a B & B. All day coffee and tea along with little treats from the morning pastry await anyone that wants them.

Parking isn't completely easy but for 10 it is convenient and the remaining have a couple block walk to a garage. Work out facility leaves a little to be desired but the Y is a very nice place and about a mile away.

Room Tip: Front two rooms on the bottom are nice and have a place to sit to watch people.

We have stayed at many B & Bs and small boutique hotels. This was one of the best. They have provided every amenity that you can think of including beautiful bed and bath linens, They have a great location on the main street with a wrap around porch to watch the world go by. We enjoyed an extensive breakfast buffet. A very helpful and friendly staff. Saratoga Springs is a lovely little town with great shopping and restaurants in their downtown area. Free parking also!
