We spent one night at the Saratoga Arms this past weekend. First of all, I was happy to find out that they allow check in at Noon which allowed us to drop our bags giving us plenty of time to get to the business of eating lunch in a local restaurant and then exploring the many lovely shops along Broadway. Check in was easy and we were accompanied to our room and shown how everything worked. We were in a king room with a fireplace which we immediately turned on to take the chill out of the air. It was quite large with a love seat by the window. Beautifully decorated with every amenity possible: soft robes, plenty of fluffy towels, mini toiletries including lip balm, a hair dryer, the luxury of a full bar of Dove soap for the shower instead of one of those little baby soaps (they give you a plastic bag to take the soap home if you desire or they will recycle it by sending it to needy people!) free water bottles and mini-fridge!

My brother and his wife stayed in a double room which was also beautifully decorated with ample space.

Two other important amenities to mention: There is a snack room with free non-alcoholic hot and cold drinks, cookies, chips, candy and other snacks. Wine/beer is available but must be requested and paid for, no problem. They also have an elevator which was a relief for me as I am recovering from foot surgery and stairs are difficult! I was amazed to see the elevator which allows even senior citizens or handicapped people to enjoy this lovely inn.

Service was incredibly friendly and hospitable. We had the good fortune to chat twice with the owner, Kathleen, who normally would have been in a warmer climate but was home for business. She was incredibly helpful in many ways and we felt like we were good friends by the time we departed.

We weren't there long enough to try any of the spa treatments but will definitely return to try them.

Fantastic location, within walking distance of many top restaurants and shops. A friendly, cozy but elegant B & B for all!

We stayed at the Saratoga Arms B&B for a 3 day weekend, and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. There were a few extras included in the stay, like snacks at your leisure, coffee and tea all day, bottled water both carbonated, and plain, plush robes in the room, a friendly helpful staff and the breakfast was fresh, hot and delicious. I would highly recommend this B&B. It's a historic building with great decor in the heart of Saratoga. Can't wait to go back.

Room Tip: They are all beautiful. If you can afford the downstairs walk out rooms, go for it.

This hotel is awesome, from the clean smell to the smells of the amazing breakfasts. The staff is excellent and very pleasant. There is a little snack room that comes in quite handy to grab and go. We felt as comfortable as we did in our own house. This place is so COZY. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Great place and you will not go wrong staying here. I fully recommend it : )

Perfect location for the Beer Week. Close enough to most bars to walk and enjoy the tastings around town. Our room was great, as always. Breakfast was hot and filling. The fresh fruit was fantastic. The beer tasting breakfast was a fun way to start a day of beer tasting. Hope to return again next year.

The quality always improves at this charming Hotel. The new chef creates an amazing breakfast. The staff is excellent and responsive and the new snack room is a great addition. We have stayed here many times and will always return. Great place to stay in a wonderful town.

We stayed at Saratoga Arms over valentines day weekend. For being a rather old building decorated with antiques, I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh and clean it felt. The decor is really charming and the room had a fireplace and a bear claw bathtub adding a romantic feel. The hotel is located right on the main road near plenty of shops and restaurants, we didn't need to use our car once. The breakfast is included and is cooked to order, it was delicious! Much more than you would typically get for breakfast included. They also offer a complimentary snack and beverage bar accessible 24-7. Its definitely pricey but considering the location and the included perks we felt is was well worth it.

Stayed here for the annual chowder festival in a room with two queen beds. The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Same for the bathroom. They had coffee, tea, soft drinks and snacks available around the clock...no charge. Breakfast, which was included in the rate, was terrific with ample offerings. Service all around was excellent. I'm definitely staying at the Saratoga Arms during my next visit.
