“GastroPub Gone Wrong”
Reviewed 21 July 2011

Having previously been a patron of the Dutch Ale House under different management I felt a community spirit and a gathering place for everyone from lawyers to business persons and the entire cross section of our community.
But, alas that is no more. It is New York City Hipsters and Beer Snobs.

Also, if your waiting for the "brewery" to open don't hold your breathe.

“Gastropub with a dozen microbrews on tap”
Reviewed 27 December 2010

Upscale food without the upscale price or atmosphere. You can eat here every day of the week and never be disappointed. Their burgers are huge and you can garlic stuff it for free. The chicken, brie and granny smith apple salad is big enough for dinner, as is their goat cheese salad with heirloom tomatos. The staff is attentive without hovering. They recently expanded to have a private room for parties and group. Most recently, my family ate here for a casual Christmas Eve dinner and every last person wanted to know when we were going back again. Everything from the shrimp and ginger wontons to the cheese and beer spread is house-made and nicely complements the large selection of microbrews on tap and in bottles. Not to mention their affordably priced, high quality house wines. Kitchen closes by 9(week nights) or 9:30 on weekends, but the bar is open late.
