What I ordered: Large thin crust pizza with artichokes and black olives. This was some of the worst pizza I've had, including campus pizza from my SUNY days. Was tiny, and expensive. Crust was hard and dry on the bottom, thick and fluffy not thin crust. Sauce was nondescript (best part of pizza due simply to it's lack of disgusting qualities). Cheese was plastic-like, toppings were sour to the point of tasting spoiled. This pizza made my boyfriend and I sick well into the next day. The woman who took our order ignored me for the first 10 minutes, and when I asked her whether they made a crispy or a chewy thin crust she responded, "depends on how long you leave it in the box." She was rude, flustered, and dismissive. The whole place looks filthy and run down. This goes beyond run down local pizza joint, and into gross.

I disagree with the other posters. We have always enjoyed quality food from Amy Rose's. It IS a pizza shop so don't expect an elaborate atmosphere.

Their wings are the best. Their subs are fresh withrolls made daily. The pizza ingredients are all fresh too. Many varieties of special pizzas.

Owner Pete is mostly deaf so he's hard to strike up a conversation with. His partner and wife, Peg, is a nice person. Justin, cashier, is fantastic.

They've fed my family for over 18 years and have always provided good food for the price.

Ordered Italian sausage sandwich and it was raw in the center. Sent it back and received another one just like it. Never again.

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a sub today, there was one piece of each meat, which by the way was processed beyond recognition. The bread was at least two days old and the cheese was slimy. The small pizza we ordered tasted like it was microwaved. But on the plus side the potato wedges were delicious. Needless to say I would never go there again, sad because its right up the street

the food is ok but to say that the owners are friendly is beyond incorrect. these folks are not nice. unless you actually go in the place you cannot even imagine how rude the owner is. not nice, doesn't say thank you and is short and terse. totally not worth spending even a dime there...sorry.
