Description: Rosalie's Cucina was built in authentic Tuscan style, designed by Philip Romano, and is owner operated today. Rosalie's kitchen is in the capable hands of culinary trained chefs, led by Executive Chef/Managing Partner Marc Albino. We wish to express our gratitude to everyone whose support has contributed to Rosalie's success. We will continue to do our best to keep Rosalie's Cucina as she would have it, full of hearty food, great wine and most importantly--smiling faces.

We were staying across the road at Finger Lakes Lodging and the night we arrived we were hungry, tired, and didn't want to go far. So we headed to Rosalie's. It wasn't terribly busy when we arrived, since it was early-ish and we were seated right away. It did fill up as the night went on.

The food was pretty good, although I wouldn't rave about it like some of the other reviews I see on here. I've definitely had better Italian food, but it was still hearty and tasty. The service was pretty bad. Our waitress pretty much disappeared after taking our order. The food was brought by someone else, and good luck trying to get drink refills. Took forever to get our check too.

Bottom line: if you are staying in the area, then go to Rosalie's. If you aren't, I wouldn't make a special trip.

This is actual Italian food like in Italy. European styled dishes, individually prepared. Not pasta with over-salted red sauce but balanced flavorful dishes. We've been here about a dozen times over the last 10 years and it has yet to disappoint, well worth the 1 hour drive. Reasonably priced, solid wine list. Good selection of starters and simple, but elegantly constructed salads. Extensive list of entrees with every one different. Half of the dishes have pasta with 4 or 5 different pastas. Great selection of a wide variety of dishes and we have yet to have a bad one. Large enough portions to take a lunch portion home. The home made bread from the bakery out back is always good and if you get to deserts, there are 5 or 6 choices of great home made deserts. It's worth saying again--real European Italian food.

As one reviewed did say, the meal can be fast paced so tell them to slow it up if you want it that way. And...finally they take reservations. They have for a little while but didn't for many years.

Not cheap-not crazy expensive, but the same meal in New York City would cost 50% more.

Tell them if you're not in a hurry, otherwise, main courses will be out before drinks and appetizers are finished. We got the sense when we arrived that they wanted to push customers along. But when we asked the waitress to slow it down, she complied without issue. The atmosphere is interesting and provides neat things to look at with all the signatures on the walls. The wine list is fairly priced. In better weather, we would have enjoyed eating outside in the courtyard, or having coffee and dessert. That was a great spot for pictures. We all enjoyed our meals very much. My shrimp and orzo dish was amongst the best entree I've ever had.

We had dinner here on a rainy Saturday night and absolutely loved it. The food was great and it was really well presented. We can't wait to go back! Really loved this place.

Rosalie's came highly recommended to us and I see why. The food was really delicious. We probably should have gone a little later in the day so we would have been hungrier because we couldn't finish our dinner. We were there on a Tuesday and the place was packed. It is very noisy in the restaurant so don't go if you're looking for a quiet setting but do go if you're hungry for some yummy Italian food.
