Stayed at Mirabeau for long weekend. Dinner last night was exceptional. Seafood dish w/lobster, shrimp & jasmine rice was perfectly prepared & extremely creative/flavorful. Filet mignonette au poivre was also great. The kitchen prepares a different unique butter every night. Ours was a lemon/thyme. And the beignets are too die for. Best I've had since New Orleans. Chef prepared a little mint julep (Kentucky derby day) as a palate cleanser which was very pleasant. However stay away for the pork belly appetizer. Extremely feature. Alternatively breakfast was nothing special.
