The studio cottage we were in was a cute little space, but with a lot of spiders in the main sleeping area and in the bathroom where I had to kill 4 spiders during my first shower. And the cobwebs in the main area had things caught in them, hovering over bed area. We didn't know they wouldn't have a hair dryer in the room, which was a problem and then finding out other cottages in same premises did have a hair dryer made it that much more annoying. The refrigerator was dirty inside, and the complimentary shampoo was half used before we got there. The window air conditioner unit worked well.
Personally, I would have preferred the owners focus more attention on cleanliness of the room and less on water crafts on the pond.
