Owner description: The Rogers Mansion Museum Complex has 12 historic buildigns that tell the story of Southampton's development in the 19th century. The Greek-revival Rogers Mansion was built in 1843 by whaling captain Albert Rogers. The one-acre property also has a carpenters shop, blacksmith shop, dry good store, paint shop, one-room schoolhouse and two barns. The complex was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2012 as a unique campus of buildings, one of only two on Long Island. This is the perfect place for people of all ages to spend a pleasant afternoon.

This is a great place to visit with lots of fascinating exhibits. Not a big place but very entertaing inside and outside ..

“Great place for entertaining”

The outdoors are a fun walk through with children. The premises can be rented out for functions. It provides a great space for a get together.

“SMALL BUT INTERESTING”

This is a small, but definitely interesting place, and when they offer some special events, that is really the time to go. Check it out!
