We arrived here exhausted and road weary after a day of travelling in 90 degree weather in a car with no A/C. I called about an hour ahead of getting there and asked if they could please make sure the A/C in the room was on. They said they would be more than happy to and we arrived to an immaculately clean room that was so wonderfully cold with fresh crisp clean sheets, fluffy pillows and spotless towels. What a welcome relief! A couple of forgotten toiletries were quickly produced by the front desk, a good breakfast the next morning, and we were on our way again. Great and friendly service from the staff, clean hotel, good breakfast, great deal. :)

I have to say this Holiday Inn Express was a great find! As a former resident of the area, I do not generally stay in a hotel, however it was the easier choice for my most recent visit. This is not a new hotel- but you certainly would not get that impression when you walk inside! It is beautiful, updated, CLEAN, spacious and quiet! The grounds are much larger than most- with a sand volleyball court, horseshoe courts, benches, outdoor seating-and breakfast in a spacious dining room-- and plenty of parking (even some larger spaces around back to extra long vehicles.
We were greeted immediately and all aspects of the hotel were explained to us.
When we arrived to our room I could not believe the size! We had received a complimentary upgrade ( I always join every hotel chain loyalty program for perks! ) - We had a two room suite! The living room/ dining room/ kitchen -wet bar was the size of a guest rom- The second room was an extra large king bed room with a large bath- and we also had an adjoining room for our kids (it joined at the living space) This would be PERFECT for a family traveling with children, or families gathering for a university event- plenty of space to celebrate those accomplishments!
I would not hesitate to return!! Fabulous stay

After visiting NYC so many times in the past, wanted to visit Long Island and Hamptons......unsure about where to stay and on a whim, found this hotel centrally located. Perfect. Long Island RR station is very close and great way to get into the city without driving. No time at all to Hamptons, South Fork, North Fork and Gold Coast. Very clean....management could not be more helpful and friendly.

Stayed for a wedding and it was great! Hotel and staff are great. they will pick you up at the train station if you are traveling by train and don't have a car (was coming from Manhattan). Clean rooms, quiet and everything you need. I am status at higher end hotel chains, but was impressed with this stay. This hotel wouldn't be a vacation destination, but i don't think anyone else was here on vacation

stayed for a wedding last weekend. This hotel and it's staff are great. Room was nice and though no bar- the hotel provides a few areas you can meet and have a drink with friends. The little store looked to have some good choices of sandwiches, beverages and various sundries/nick knacks. Staff helpful with directions and housekeeping unobtrusive and also quick to assist. Convenient area to be in and lots of options for enjoyment. Love the available ipads, horseshoe pits and fish pond/landscaping. For youngsters nice playground and play area.
