Staff is well trained, location is ok, rooms are clean and spacious. There's no restaurant, however, the staff will quickly call in a van for you and you get a free ride to a restaurant in their "sister" hotel. That restaurant is good to very good and the staff is very good as well.

Breakfast in the morning is a coffee pot and a plate of danish left out on the bar, so figure just grab the coffee and go find a McDonalds on your way to your next stop.

The building is a conversion, and they really try for trendy with it. Nothing wrong with it, clean neat, good staff, shampoo, soap, the normal stuff, just really nothing to write home about.

It's a very nice facility with a very nice staff but the price for downtown Syracuse is a bit high.

This hotel was once a synagogue and has some very interesting room shapes and sizes. The lobby has some beautiful Tiffany style glass. The staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel is only a block from Syracuse University Campus and some student friendly restaurants. I would definitely come back if i was in the Syracuse area.

Room Tip: Some rooms need you to navigate a few stairs with your luggage.

Stayed here while doing a tour a road trip through New England and was only here one night.

Hands down this was the best hotel of the trip! Absolutely beautiful and loved that it was a boutique hotel. We stayed here because we Hotwired this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Best decision ever!

Arrived here after a very long drive and it was very easy to find off the highway and located steps from the University.

Check in was very easy and the staff was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
They offer a shuttle service if we wanted to go downtown for dinner, but we decided to just have a quick bite close to the hotel and just up the street there was a couple of bars and fast food chains. I'm sure there was more but we were dog tired and hangry and needed food quickly.

Room was modern, stylish, huge, clean and very tidy. Loved the décor, the room was light and airy and the windows were huge letting in lots of natural light.
The room very spacious and had all the amenities. King bed was very comfortable. I love it but my partner thought it was a little too soft.
Love the bathroom and shower. Felt very luxurious!

Everything is very environmentally green and that's always nice plus at any place.

Clean, comfortable, great room, and had a great stop over. We should have stayed longer!
Would stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to any other travellers looking to stay in Syracuse. Awesome place!

Only stayed one night but the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was modern and clean. The lobby has beautiful stained glass accents and a small well-stocked bar. Very nice atmosphere. Only complaint was lack of any complimentary breakfast items. Would definitely stay again if in the Syracuse area.

Great room, great service and great people. A very clean, well maintained property where client service is an obvious priority. Our room was right off of lobby so was a little noisy but nice and close to bar. Free parking is nice touch.

The atmosphere of the hotel in a coverted synagogue is cool and everything was clean and neat. It is a very environmentally focused hotel, perhaps too much so as it led to dimly lit bathrooms and low water pressure. Bed was way toosoft for my personal preferance-like sinking into a cotton ball.

It's a good hotel. It is clean, cozy, modern and small. I like that there is no charge for the business center. The exercise room has 3 pieces of equipment.

The lobby is cute, with the bar. For a boutique hotel, I expect a Manager's Cocktail hour; some danishes or something for breakfast; maybe some cookies at check-in; and maybe some OJ for breakfast. None of that exists, unless you want to buy it.

The location is amazing if visiting Syracuse University.

The bedroom was ok. It was exactly what we expected. Standard size, standard bathroom, standard toiletries. Interestingly, or oddly, there was only a 1/4 walls for the shower with no door. So, if you are tall, like me, and do not like to stand directly under the shower head, the odds are really good a lot of water is going to escape the confines of the shower area.
