Got off the amtrak train in downtown Albany from NYC. Before our long drive home, my husband suggested we make a pit stop in Troy for an early dinner at the new Dinosaur BBQ. What a great idea! Seated right away, and food came out minutes after ordering. Everything was sooo yummy. I got the pulled pork sandwich platter, which had really amazing homemade pickles on it, and came with two sides, I choose maple whipped sweet potatoes and the Mac n cheese. The sides were just as good as the sandwich! Hubby got a pork and brisket platter, also with two sides and also came with a corn muffin. He loved everything. Love the camping style plates and the mason jar drink cups. Our server was REALLY on the ball, too.
