First stop on an itinerary mapped out by another winery owner, and what a find! I've only ever had mass produced hard cider and never cared for them. Now? I'm hooked! The young man pouring seemed a little shy, but very nice. I was absolutely amazed at the depth of flavor and the differences in each variety. I bought a bottle of the king Baldwin, and plan on sharing it with no one, this is all mine. They served wines but we didn't taste any. There were two dogs walking around which is also a great sign in our opinion. I also enjoyed browsing the gift shop stocked of local items. Bellwether will be a staple in our future visits to the finger lakes, I'm so glad it came recommended.
