Stayed at Bruce and Dave's Bed and Breakfast in July. The grounds and building are quite spectacular but nothing compared with Art gallery and the extremely artistic and tasty breakfasts made with care by Bruce that await you inside. Each morning a new three course breakfast of taste treats announced the night before on the chalk board figure outside the dining room. Breakfast either served in the dining room or in the very bright sun porch.

My first impression when we entered the property that we were in the Isabella Stewart Gardner museum in Boston. If you have not been to the museum imagine a home filled with beautiful art and furniture in a warm and cozy setting. Bruce was nice enough to save the wonderful breakfast even though we never seemed to get on east coast time.

Room Tip: This is the nicest B and B we have ever stayed in. The price point is excellent.

How classy one stay can get ? The art collection, the home as old as ur great grand fathers, antique things all over plus the best host you can get. This place is the best thing that can happen to you in upstate New York.
Do not miss the "skip the lunch "
Breakfast that Bruce feeds you like your grandparents. Everything about this place is mind blowing .

Loved it and will go and visit again

This B&B is first class; the gardens, common areas, and rooms are spectacularly maintained and well appointed. The food and service was excellent. Even the house dogs were a treat. Deer were grazing outside our window each morning. It is a very short (1 block) walk to Trumansburg which contains a couple nice restaurants. The local is convenient to Watkins Glen (30 min), Ithica (15 min), and plenty of wineries on the Cayuga wine trail. The Taughannock Falls are only minutes away too. I highly recommend the Juniper Hill B&B.

My husband and I recently spent 4 nights here. This B & B is outstanding. Everything is top of the line. The property is very nice with beautiful gardens in a peaceful setting. Bruce is a great host with suggestions on where to eat, best wineries and places to visit. If you stay here be sure to eat dinner at the Hazelnut Kitchen. It is also outstanding.

Room Tip: I saw all of the rooms and they are all beautiful. I thought the website was accurate in its depict...

We are just driving home from a lovely 2 night stay at Juniper Hill. We try to get away just the 2 of us for a night or 2 once a year. We love all of the Finger Lakes area as a whole. We have stayed in many B and B's over the years. This one would have to be in our top 3 for sure!

The attention to detail is amazing. From the decor, to the cleanliness, the amazing 3 course breakfast served with candlelight and fine china, to small touches like having water, coffee, tea, snacks, and little desserts available at all times. These are things that you do not find at all B and B's. Plus, they are very reasonably priced for what you get and the beautiful rooms and bathrooms.

Thank you for a lovely stay! We would love to come back again in the future!

We stayed in Lillian Wescot Hale room, as it was the most affordable, and when we go back this year, I want to stay in the same room again! It was wonderful! The bed is so fluffy and comfy, the view is really nice, it's just super cosy. There is an electric fireplace and a flat screen TV. Two downsides - the room is small (not an issue for us, that's what made it cosy) and the bathroom is across the hall, but it's private (only we had the key to it). The bathroom itself is amazing - I love the steam function in the shower and all the essential oils. Another downside - but this is the case with all B&Bs - you can hear people in the next room. This was not a problem for us, but I wonder if our TV bothered our neighbours as they seemed to have been celebrating a romantic occasion.
I am not a big breakfast person, but the breakfast here is truly gourmet - freshly prepared, 3 courses, very tasty. I was looking forward to it every morning. Another nice thing is that you are not seated at a big table with everyone, but you get your own little table, which we like way better than being forced to interact with people (I'm not very chatty first thing in the morning :))
The proprietor is wonderful! So nice and accommodating. There were always snacks outside our room and freshly baked sweets in the dining room in the afternoon.
The living/common room is very eclectic, but I loved it. I spent many hours sitting in front of the fireplace there reading. Actually, the whole house is a bit eclectic, it's really a gallery.
The area is amazing - wineries, restaurants, Ithaca... We had the best grilled cheese at Americana winery!
Yes, there are dogs on premises, but if you are not interested to be around them, you won't notice them. The little one that was around once in a while is so cute and so well behaved that he didn't bother us at all.

Room Tip: Mary Cassat room is absolutely gorgeous (but pricy).
