The food, service and view at TS Steakhouse were very good. All of our entrées were cooked as requested. Portions were on the small size but well presented. Our servers were professional and efficient. Bartenders were most congenial and the lounge is well appointed. Overall TS has great atmosphere. We opted for the Lodge Dinner Package suggested by Christina and saved a few dollars. Our corner tower room was spacious and had a wonderful view of AC units. The casino is a smoke filled cavern which was jammed on a Saturday night. The non smoking casino areas are a joke. All patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves, the place was hopping. The culmination of our stay was an excellent Sunday morning massage at Skana. It's a great way to start the day.

Room Tip: Corner rooms in tower have a private entrance and better views. Best to ask for a room opposite the...

Upon arrival at the resort, the valets did a good job of greeting us. However, the front desk personnel had to be interrupted (private conversations) to help us with check-in. Any other questions or requests over the weekend were met with the same poor attitude. This will be my first and last visit to this resort.

I've stayed at the Turning Stone several times before, all business related. The service has always been very good and the food excellent. Post meeting festivities are vastly improved since they now are able to serve alcohol. Played golf on two of their excellent courses. Superb!
My biggest complaint is the smoking on the gaming floor and poor air quality. It's horrible and prevents me from gambling. Even the so-called non-smoking areas are bad. Perhaps it's a good thing as I keep my money in my wallet. I've been to Vegas several times and they handle it much better.

The Tower was incredible - we stayed in a Jr. Suite and it was perfection. Large, quiet, very clean, awesome duel head shower. Service everywhere was exceptional. After overhearing my woes of forgetting my iPhone charger, one of the bartenders at the Upstate Tavern took her personal phone charger out of her purse and let me borrow it - FOR THE NIGHT. Not only did she get a huge tip (100%), I sent a note to the management to let them know that it's the little things that can have the biggest impact on the guests.

Even the breakfast buffet was awesome.

This felt like Sandals, without the beach or long flight. We'll be back.

Room Tip: Jr. Suite was huge - but we were only there for one night. Never even used the sitting area. The sho...

My wife and I booked a show and room for the weekend and then up graded to a suite at the Tower Hotel . We felt like royalty. Very clean and lots of room made us very comfortable. Nice big bathroom and shower . King size bed , and a quiet room let us sleep well through the night Great views and we thought the price was reasonable. The Show was awsome but they squeeze you in pretty tight with 8 people at a table. We ate at 'T's Steak House on the 21st floor. Excellent food and service 5 star prices. We will definately stay here again and live the good life !

Room Tip: We only stayed in the suite so far but we highly recomend it ,Well worth a couple extra bucks

We just stayed for one night at the Turning Stone Casino with a group of 20 friends on a wine tour. The Tower rooms were very very nice, large, clean, stylish. The bathroom and enormous shower were really very nice as well.

The only issue and a real frustration was that our group had just been on a wine tour, the hotel knew it ahead of time, and yet nobody ever mentioned to us in the weeks leading up to our stay and countless phone calls and emails setting up our stay that the hotel did not allow outside alcohol of any type into the hotel. We had spent thousands of dollars on wine after two days of touring and was told that all the wine had to be removed from our bags and left on the bus. Needless to say this was inconvenient and a huge frustration, when we complained and asked to speak with someone it created quite a scene as all 20 of us and our bags were sitting on the curb trying to figure out what to do with all the wine we had to unpack. Keep in mind we didn't want to drink our wine just bring it in our bags so it wasn't left on the bus exposed.

After 30 min we removed the wine and got checked it. It was a frustrating 30 min and the hotel staff wasn't good at pretending to be sympathetic, no effort was made to make it right or do anything about it.

Again, other than that the stay was amazing!

Room Tip: Don't bring any wine with you in your bags.

A group of our friends choose to stay at the Turning Stone Resort for Columbus Day weekend. We had such a good time. Some went to the Spa, and all enjoyed the food and gambling. We especially liked the Tin Rooster BBQ. There was a country band with line dancing and the ribs were great!

Room Tip: My husband and I stayed in the Tower building. Every room is close to the elevators. The rooms in...
