My girlfriend and I stopped here on our way to Stowe(now my Fiance) and we are so glad we did. We were greeted by Doug and Louise' daughter whos name I can not remember unfortunately. She was very pleasant and showed us around before leading us to our room. We stayed in the Victorian room and it was beautiful. The Sleep number bed was a nice perk and the bathroom with its double jacuzzi was divine. Lousie makes homemade desserts for your arrival and the red velvet cupcakes waiting in the fridge were the most amazing I have ever had. We both slept very soundly and enjoyed an amazing breakfast that consisted of fruit, a stuffed cherry tomato, Lousies homemade Granola and a choice of an awesome open faced egg sandwich( bacon avocado and basil) or coconut waffles. I had the egg sandwich my fiance had the Coconut waffles and we were both thrilled with our meals. We were so stuffed it kept us full for the entire drive to Stowe vermont and then we still didn't feel the need to eat until that evening. The Cornerstone Victorian is clean and remarkable beautiful. We can't wait until the next time we travel through the area and get to visit again. Doug and Louise make you feel like family and are the shining example of what a good B&B should be.

If you love being attended to..delicious home cooked breakfasts, delicious desserts..this is your place. Traveling with my 85 year old father and 5 year old son, we stayed here because of the location to Lake George and also the North Creek train line (As we were going to take a train trip via Thurman Station). The little town, is well, not so hot(I feel it is just another town hit very hard by the closing of lumber mills), but this B+B is just wonderful and it's location to other spots is just excellent. Louise and Doug are charming and so attentive, delicious food, wonderful hospitality, great coffee..we stayed in the Turret Room, it was lovely.

We make a yearly trip to the Cornerstone Victorian on our way to the Saratoga Race Track ....and its now hard to know whether we go to the track to stay at the Cornerstone or vice versa! Both Louise and Doug are very talented people who make the guest experience memorable each time, whether its the 5 course creative gourmet breakfast, the genuine warmth they show each guest, or the incomparable furnishings of this gorgeous Victorian home. We usually stay in Turret Room with its updated bath, lovely quilts, four poster rice bed and rounded turret complete with original stained glass and morning sunshine! Even the bed linens are upscale! Don't miss the lovely porch or breathtaking gardens either. It is beyond pleasurable to stay in a place where the owners get it absolutely right. We are lucky to have found them and their wonderful wonderful inn. This is a don't miss!!

Room Tip: Everyone should stay, at least once, in the Masters Chamber, complete with balcony overlooking the g...

We were in ahh, from the moment we stepped into the home. We were made feel welcome right from the beginning with a phone call to jet us know they would be out when we arrived and to make ourselves at home. From the very comfortable 4 post canopy bed, to the two person jacuzzi tub, the 5 course breakfasts, fresh dessert each afternoon, the wonderful porch to relax on...the list goes on. Doug and Louise are wonderful hosts, and truly share there love as they open their beautiful home for us all to share.
If you ever have the opportunity to be in Warrensburg it is a wonderful place to stay.

This is our absolute favorite place to stay. After a weekend with a large motorcycle group at another hotel, we needed a couple of days to just relax and be pampered. This is the place to go. Once again, Doug & Louise make the experience a wonderful one and the accomodations are so comfortable and romantic. The breakfast - well, how do you describe a 5 course, home-made feast? Delicious. The ONLY drawback is if you really eat all the courses, it's dinnertime until you can really eaat again! I can think of worse problems!! Well, not quite - we DID have to have the amazing desserts that Louise puts out every afternoon. We'll be back again next year if not sooner. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Room Tip: Eastlake is our favorite, but all room are beautiful.

The B&B is absolutely breathtaking, and the 5 course breakfasts were some of the best I've ever had. We stayed in the Victorian room, the sleep number bed was incredibly comfortable and the 2 person whirlpool is a really nice feature. Doug and Louise are incredibly gracious and made us feel right at home...will definitely be back!

I always believe that you should beware of comments that are too favorable as well as comments that can be just too picky / negative. However having said that I feel compelled to note that the Cornerstone B&B is probably the best we have ever stayed in.

Let me quantify, the house is really attractive and meticulously clean and tidy throughout. The hosts Doug and Louise really do care that everything is to your satisfaction. The food well you really shoud discover these delights for yourself.

All I can say is "We"ll be back" as famous american actor once said.

So all I can say is to Doug & Louise is THANKYOU

Room Tip: The house is set back from the road therefore seems quiet all round. all the rooms we saw (during th...
