We always go to Watertown and Syracuse for Black Friday. We had booked our trip a year in advance as we always stay at the Ramada in Syracuse. Somehow they booked the wrong dates for us in Syracuse so we were scrambling at the end to find a room in Watertown. We paid more than enough for the rooms. When we drove in they were advertising rooms for $99. We paid a whole lot more than that! When we asked to speak to the manager he was no where to be found. The rooms were so out dated it wasn't even funny. We had asked for adjoining rooms and they told us they didn't have any. When we got to the room the desk was in front of the adjoining doors, so we just moved the desk and voila, we had an adjoining room. The halls were so cold, even the cleaning staff were cold. We had a great lady cleaning our rooms! The breakfast was nothing to talk about, definitely could not compare this to the Ramada hotel, in Syracuse. Would we return to this hotel in the future, NOT ON YOUR LIFE!!!
The breakfast was nothing to write home about, sure could not compare this to any other hotel we have stayed at in Watertown or Syracuse. Would we return, absolutely not!!
