I had a great stay at the Park Hyatt in Zanzibar for two nights.. The staff were very friendly and the customer care was amazing. The only bottleneck was that the room attires/towels were not changed and the drinking water was not refilled. With that just one issue, all other things were exceptional-room was clean, staff friendly, customer care awesome! I would strongly recommend others staying at the Park Hyatt Zanzibar.

We spent 3 nights at the park hyatt and loved every minute. The ambiance of the hotel, the location and staff were very welcoming. The views from the pool deck at sunset are amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend staying here if you visit stone town!

Fabulous old palace with new addition where our gorgeous room was located. All was wonderful including breakfast and location! Walking tour of Stonetown by a great guide named Yousef whose brother Popo also drove us to The Residence as well . Would highly recommend Park Hyatt!

Park Hyatt Zanzibar is a beautiful hotel but the staff really make it magical. For years I've stayed here and I'm always greeted with a smile. The food is delectable and the views are stunning at sunset. I highly recommend Park Hyatt Zanzibar.

We had to quickly change from what was billed as a five star beach resort as it definitely wasn’t. The Park Hyatt was a welcome oasis and lived up to its name and rating. Great location, beautiful rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend the avocado toast at breakfast buffet - the best I’ve ever had.
