This is one of the most wonderful dining experiences I've ever had, and I get around.... I am lucky enough to have been a few times, and was pleased that he menu changes regularly, depending on fresh seasonal foods, and the dishes are unique and incredibly creative. The presentation is magnificent and the wait staff plentiful and always there when you want them to be. This chef has but one Michelin star, and in my opinion she should have three. There are many lovely in-betweeners and an exceptional wine list as well. No wonder people come from all over France and further to sit at the table of this great chef! It is important to book well in advance because they book one seating and the place is not large.
