Was really excited for the pre-booked sunset cruise. But on route our tire blew and as 4th of July told by the state trooper who looked after us that we couldn't get it replaced that day and would have to return home with donut wheel. After recovering from shock of accident called the company right away (1.5hrs prior to departure time) to explain situation. The number they give you to call for last minute directions or help. No answer. Left message. They called back 5min before the departure time of cruise to laugh at my request of a refund. The lady was really uncaring. When I emailed the next day to explain I couldn't re-book as flying back to uk the next day was told too bad you can't be refunded. This was $100. Not just a little bit of money. Really disappointed. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend and will ensure I spread the word.

Nice trip and friendly crew. There was a cash bar and fruit and cheese was included. Would do it again and recommend you try it!

Went with a group of 10 (four kids 12 and under) on a ride with True Love on July 4. Everyone involved, from the woman who checked us in to the crew members onboard, was extremely friendly and welcoming. The trip was about an hour and a half to two hours long. They offered and served us refreshments onboard. And the scenery up and down Seneca Lake was outstanding. Very highly recommend!

I was raised on the water so I love boat tours. Usually, if the weather cooperates, you're 75% there. Thankfully, we had AMAZING weather. The ship and crew were also great, so we were very satisfied. The crew was quick to answer questions and they were very attentive. Unlike other boat tours where everyone can move around/mingle freely, you mostly just sit on this one. Not on a seat, but just in the middle of the boat. I missed out on a seat cushion, so my boney butt was a little sore. but it was a very nice ride out and back (2 hrs total). Beautiful country and scenery. I'd probably go again with friends -

Great way to spend a couple of hours on the lake. The captain and assistants were pleasant...offering great service, drinks and light appetizers. Definitely worth the money and the time.
