Great area to snorkel - saw millions of schools of fish and awesome corals. Great place to see all kinds of colorful fish!

This area is where the snorkel boats bring their passengers (ourselves included twice). This time we caught the bus here for $2.30 each way and walked in and swum just 10 yards and saw an abundance of fish, perfect, you lose track of time. Small beach area, no stores or bathrooms, so take your drinks etc. we spent 5 hours there and was amazing.

Sadly we took a bus there on our last day. This is the spot that the snorkling ships take you. I went on the Jolly Pirate Excursion and coming here was the best part. Could drive there without the expense and the rest. Loved the small swimming coves. Saw lots of colorful fish in fairly shallow calm area and the color of the water!!! gorgeous!!! a must see and in a beautiful area of the island with lovely villas. Also, it is only a 5 minute walk to Arashi beach which is a lovely swimming beach but not for snorkling. You can rent chairs, snorkels and fins but bring your own if you want to save. The chairs were only $5 each to rent compared to $8 at other beaches. Some palapas and shady spots available.

All the beaches along this strip run together, it's hard to tell exactly where one stops and another starts. Close as we could tell it is right next to Malmok. Swim out by snorkel boats for best snorkeling.

This isn't the mega-strip of white sand like Palm or Eagle - but it has personality, isn't as crowded and has great snorkeling.
