Hotel has a good location kinda near of pubs and restaurants. The staff is kind and cares with the guest. Reception, breakfast, lunch and dinner are all nice. The only weakness is the room, clean and tidy but in disagree with the reception and the rest of the hotel (kinda spartan). Guess it's the best that Cuiabá has, but still a nice place to stay!

I was on a business trip and the hotel worked well -- not surprisingly good though.
It is well located and the hostess was very polite. The restaurant could've been muuuuch better and WI-FI rates could've been cheaper or free.

Well to begin with I booked luxury room they gave me a room with a double bed and and single in it, when I saw it , I was really disappointed especially with old fashion air conditioned that makes noisy, I went to the reception and ask if was possible to change the room, it was 2 guys in the reception which they changed , but when I got to the second room the door couldn't close, I went again , the receptionist that did a great job called Rafael the one with dark hair cause both guys called Rafael but the white one that made my check for the second time I went to the reception he was pretending that he was busy I mean he didn't want to sort out but the dark one gave us a up date room for a master suite because we had been luck enough that day! Good Job Rafael (dark one )! He did a what in Brasil I ever seeing that called hospitality ! That's what guest look so much!

Stayed one night in a triple room (double and single beds) on the fifth floor. Nicely renovated room with LCD TV on the wall. Beds were comfortable but air con a little noisy. We liked this place better than the intercity premium. There's an good service station / supermarket down the road as well as a Japanese buffet which had the locals queued out the door.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel one night before our Pantanal trip started and one night after it ended. The rooms were very clean and modern and the staff were very professional. The breakfast was varied and fresh. We got a great deal online, but I'm not sure the full price is worth the value of the hotel. If you are interested in staying here, look online for deals.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are small, but very confortable and clean. Breakfast was good and hotel is well located. It´s far from the airport, but close to many companies.
I stayed just one night, but I certainly would come back to this hotel.
